Optimising your processing
 
You can optimise your processing by integrating our software PROSAR-AIDA (see download) into your existing process.

First, a specific classification of scanned documents according to your requirements takes place. To achieve this, a hierarchical organised rule tree is used which provides the best results and a high level of recognition.

Secondly, relevant data will be extracted from the defined document type and forwarded to downstream systems or processes. With the use of PROKEY (see download), the correction process can be controlled according to your requirements. Certain elements of the recognised data can be identified and skipped by PROKEY if required, whereas uncertain data will be presented to the user in a way that ensures fast manual verification of data.

The corrected data will finally be forwarded to downstream systems or processes.
