PROKEY

The correction and manual indexing software PROKEY serves as a manual retrospective recorder of data which could not or only partly be recognised. Using special data formats, PROKEY can access and display the recognition results of all Paradatec recognition programs. The automatic recognition results can subsequently be corrected and completed by the user. For this purpose, PROKEY employs sophisticated help functions based on the recognition results, as well as automatic zoom functions for the relevant section of a page, thereby enabling effective and fast manual indexing of data.

PROKEY is available for Windows.

PROKEY can also use an open interface in which validation routines which are specific to products or clients can be embedded. In this way, complex supervision of the consistency and entirity of recorded data can be achieved.

Paradatec can create such validation routines as a supplementary service, though integrators and clients′ own computer departments can do likewise.
