ERGO insurance group commits to Paradatec technology

PROSAR-AIDA and PROKEY have been in use at ERGO companies DKV, Victoria and Hamburg-Mannheimer for years. Due to the very positive, longterm relationship with Paradatec, ERGO chose to extend using Paradatec technology across the group. This way, ERGO obtains the required flexibility to react to new demands in document processing within the ERGO group.

Many of the document-centric processes within ERGO have been implemented by IBM Global Business Services, the leading ISV of  Paradatec. Further processes are designed and implemented by ITERGO, the IT company of the insurance group.

Founded in 1997, ERGO insurance group AG is the strategic management holding company of ERGO, based in Duesseldorf, Germany. The Holding leads ERGO both on an national and international basis and takes care for a variety of centralzied functions as well as for infrastructural demands, e.g. for process organization, controlling, finance, IT, HR, and sales.
