One vertical market where PROSAR-AIDA shines is the mortgage marketplace. PROSAR-AIDA can process mortgage documents from any provider or broker in the USA without special logic for the layout of documents in that provider or broker, i.e. PROSAR-AIDA can:

• Automatically sort mixed batches of mortgage agreements, deeds and other documents without separator sheets needing to be inserted between these documents.
• Extract key data such as buyer name and address, mortgage number/amount,
  parcel number, lender etc without special templates for individual providers.
• Validate the information extracted against databases to make certain that the data is accurate e.g. we can make use of a database of title companies or lenders so that when we extract this information we can check that the name of the company that we read is, in fact, a valid one.
• Perform “reasonability” tests on data such as “Recording Date”.
• Accurately determine which of the data extracted needs to be verified by a human.
• Perform all of the tasks above without the need for scripting or complex programming since  PROSAR-AIDA is tuned purely through a graphical user interface. This means that there is no need for IT staff to maintain the system. Instead, staffs who understand the mortgage business can maintain the system themselves.

PROSAR-AIDA is typically deployed in large environments. Our reference sites process up
to 250,000 scanned images per day and 30,000 images per hour per PC.
