The PROSAR-AIDA class originally scheduled for May has been rescheduled to June 12th. If you wanted to attend the training, but the May date wasn′t good for you, perhaps the rescheduled class will be more convenient.
This class will also include the bonus training session on the architecture of PROSAR-AIDA within an image capture system. Enrollment is open for a limited time and will be closed May 29, 2007, so act now to provisionally reserve your seats in this valuable training. PROSAR-AIDA Class Logistics
We hope you can join us for this special training opportunity. The logistic information for the class is listed below. We hope this information will help you in your decision making and better plan your trip as well as reduce the stress of traveling.
When
The classes will be held Tuesday, June 12, 2007 through Friday, June 15, 2007. The classes will be conducted from 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Tuesday through Thursday and 8:30 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. on Friday. There will be a morning and afternoon break with a one hour lunch break. Lunch will be provided on Tuesday.
Where
The PROSAR-AIDA training will be held in the Cincinnati, Ohio area in the Education and Conference Center of the Indiana Wesleyan University located at:

Class Materials
Training materials will be supplied to the student. As the class is taught as a hands on workshop, the student must bring a laptop computer to use during class. The student must have at least local administrative rights to install the training software even if PROSAR-AIDA is already installed on the laptop. In addition, the student may have to alter firewall settings on the computer. The instructors will assist in these activities as needed.

Lodging
Located just a few blocks away is the Cincinnati Marriott North. Cincinnati Marriott North offers a full range of services and amenities that will ensure a successful and memorable visit.
As an alternative, located next door to the Education and Conference Center, lodging may be found at the Hampton Inn & Suites - Cincinnati North. The Hampton offers all its guest FREE breakfast buffet with hot food items, FREE Coffee, and FREE wireless Internet access. The rooms include a microwave oven and a refrigerator.
Directions to the Site
If flying into the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) the site is approximately 32 miles (51 kilometers) North of the airport. These driving instructions may help you. In the instructions, KY-212 N is the main drive leading out of the circle drive around the airport parking lot.
It is also possible to fly into the James M. Cox Dayton International Airport (DAY). The cost to travel to and from the Dayton Airport is often lower. However, the airport is about 48 miles (77 kilometers) from the site. These driving instructions may help you.
Transportation
In Cincinnati, if you do not wish to rent a car, you may make arrangements with Executive Transportation for shuttle service. The hotels in this area are a Zone 4 service which costs $33 (USD) one-way and $62 (USD) round-trip.
Dining
The area offers a wide variety of restaurants and fine dining establishments. With over 25 restaurants and a host of upscale shops within 3 miles, there is something for nearly every taste. A small sample is:
