Paradatec is pleased to announce open enrollment for PROSAR-AIDA training. This class includes training on the newest features of the latest release of PROSAR-AIDA. Enrollment is limited to ten students and this class is expected to fill quickly.
The enrollment period is open for a limited time and will be closed September 1, 2010, so act now to provisionally reserve your seats in this valuable training. To provisionally reserve your seats, simply reply to Derek Arnold (d.arnold@paradatec.com) letting us know how many seats you would like to reserve.
PROSAR-AIDA Class Logistics
We hope you can join us for this special training opportunity. This page contains the logistic information for the class. We hope this information will help you in your decision making and better planning your trip as well as reduce the stress of traveling.
When?
The classes will be held Monday, September 27, 2010 through Friday, October 1, 2010. The classes will be conducted from 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday through Thursday and 8:30 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. on Friday. There will be a morning and afternoon break with a one hour lunch break. Lunch will be provided on Monday.
Where will it be held?
The PROSAR-AIDA training will be held in the Cincinnati, Ohio area in the Education and Conference Center of the Indiana Wesleyan University located at:

Prerequisites
Students are expected to understand the Microsoft Windows Operating System as an end user. They should have a basic understanding that includes but is not limited to:
- Logging On and Off the Computer
- Navigating the Windows File System
- Creating, Finding, Opening and Organizing Files
- Starting and Using Programs
- Selecting From An Application Menu
- Sizing and Moving Windows
- Security and Privacy Basics
- Using Devices (USB Flash Drive, CD-ROMs and Network Shares)
Lodging
Located next door to the Education and Conference Center, lodging may be found at the Hampton Inn & Suites - Cincinnati North. The Hampton offers all its guest FREE breakfast buffet with hot food items, FREE Coffee, and FREE wireless Internet access. The rooms include a microwave oven and a refrigerator.
Located just a few blocks away is the Cincinnati Marriott North. Cincinnati Marriott North offers a full range of services and amenities that will ensure a successful and memorable visit.
Also located just a few blocks away is the Courtyard by Marriott. This new nonsmoking hotel offers a customer-focused design that allows guests to be more comfortable and productive. It offers free wireless and wired Internet service, mini refrigerators & a 32" LCD TV in all rooms. It qualifies for Marriott Rewards category 2.
Adjacent to the Marriott is the Staybridge Suites. The Staybridge Suites offers spacious studio, 1-bedroom, or 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suites. All suites include fully equipped kitchens with full size refrigerators,stove top, microwave oven and new 32" flat panel LCD TVs with DVD players. All guests at the Staybridge Suites Cincinnati-North/West Chester will enjoy a free hot breakfast buffet every morning, complimentary high-speed Internet access(both wired and wireless), 24-hour heated indoor pool, whirlpool, fitness center, and BridgeMart convenience store.
Directions to the Site
If flying into the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport(CVG) the site is approximately 32 miles (51 kilometers) North of the airport.
These driving instructions may help you. In the instructions, KY-212 N is the main drive leading out of the circle drive around the airport parking lot.
It is also possible to fly into the James M. Cox Dayton International Airport (DAY). The cost to travel to and from the Dayton Airport is often lower.
However,the airport is about 48 miles (77 kilometers) from the site. These driving instructions may help you.
Transportation
In Cincinnati, if you do not wish to rent a car, you may make arrangements with Executive Transportation for shuttle service.
The hotels in this area are a Zone 4 service which costs $33 (USD) one-way and $62 (USD) round-trip.
Class Materials
Training materials will be supplied to the student. As the class is taught as a hands on workshop, the student must bring a laptop computer to use during class. The student must have at least local administrative rights to install the training software even if PROSAR-AIDA is already installed on the laptop. In addition, the student may have to alter firewall settings on the computer. The instructors will assist in these activities as needed.

The area offers a wide variety of restaurants and fine dining establishments. With over 25 restaurants and a host of upscale shops within 3 miles, there is something for nearly every taste. A small sample is:

Cancellation Policy
Provisional reservations will be released one week after the enrollment period ends. Your tuition is not refundable and you will be invoiced for the full tuition if you cancel your guaranteed reservation within three (3) weeks of the course start date. However, you may elect to transfer your guaranteed reservation to another person without additional charge or penalty.
Liability
* All our trainings, consulting and engineering services will be prepared by our employees with knowledge of the subject with the utmost care possible and designed such that any attentive participant will be able to reach the course's aim. However, we shall not be liable for training success.
* We reserve the right to exchange trainers, to postpone dates or to cancel courses due to organizational reasons (e.g. when the course minimum number of participants required is not reached or in case of short-term cancellation due to sickness of the lecturer concerned, force majeure or other unforeseeable events). In case of a withdrawal effected by Paradatec Inc., we shall try to alter your booking to another date to which you would be agreeable. If not, you shall, of course, be reimbursed any fee already paid in advance. Further claims, however, shall not arise therefrom.
* With your booking you expressly understand and agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to any and all consequential damages caused by cancellation of a training course, conference, event, consulting or engineering service nor, in particular, for any profit lost or third party claims. Besides, we shall not accept any responsibility in case of loss of, or damage to, the course participants' property or in case of accidents. This shall also apply to damages that may be caused due to viruses dwelling on copied disks and public domain software.
