After a thorough evaluation process, Lorain County Ohio has chosen Paradatec's industry leading technology for automating the digital conversion of their many archived paper birth and death certificates.
The Lorain County General Health District's Vital Statistics Office houses birth and death records beginning in 1908 to the present. Birth and death certificates are required for genealogy research, as well as many other needs.
In order to provide better service to their constituents in the form of quicker and easier record retrievals and an ability to preserve archived paper documentation, Lorain County has chosen and implemented a complete document management solution using the Paradatec products PROSAR-AIDA and PROKEY to dramatically streamline the classification and index capturing processes. Implementation and integration services have been provided by certified Paradatec integration partner, Onelink Technical Services, llc.
